Psychologist, Coach and Breathwork Instructor
Paula Klajnowska is a psychologist, certified business coach and a certified breathwork instructor, specializing within the field of mental health and well-being. As a graduate of the Faculty of Psychology at the University of Warsaw, she integrates the latest neuroscience research into her work, ensuring her methods are evidence-based and effective.
Paula delivers transformative workshops, webinars, and 1:1 consultations on topics such as mental resilience, stress management, nervous system regulation, emotional regulation, and burnout prevention. Her mission is to empower individuals and teams to cultivate self-awareness, build resilience, and create lasting improvements in mental health.
With 7 years of corporate experience in HR and competence development at organizations like Starcom and Volvo Trucks, Paula has led numerous mental health initiatives locally and internationally. As a freelancer for the past 3 years, she has dedicated herself to helping others overcome challenges and thrive in both personal and professional contexts. As a freelancer she has provided services for automotive, IT & mental health clinical sectors.
